Davis/Sacramento area trio Jem & Scout originally formed in 1996, then took a 12-year hiatus before re-forming in 2010. "See Right Through Me / Noise." is their first single (2015) in almost 20 years! These power pop tracks embrace the '90s sound of the Pixies and Breeders with catchy lyrics reminiscent of Big Star and Cheap Trick.
